By accessing magicalweedgarden.com or creating a Members Club account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 20 years of age or older to use this website, create an account, or visit Magical Garden. By proceeding past the age verification gate, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Legal Compliance

Cannabis consumption at Magical Garden is conducted in accordance with Thai law. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your own country regarding cannabis. It is illegal to take cannabis across international borders — any cannabis purchased must be consumed within Thailand.

4. Members Club

Membership is free and open to adults aged 20 and over
Points are earned through eligible activities and have no cash value
Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Members Club programme at any time
Points may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period — we will notify you before this happens
We reserve the right to cancel or void points obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms

5. Spin Wheel & Vouchers

One free spin is available every 24 hours per account
Additional spins may be purchased using Garden Points
Vouchers won on the spin wheel are valid for 30 days from the date won
Vouchers must be presented at Magical Garden, Fisherman's Village, Ko Samui to be redeemed
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of our venue

6. Store & Point Redemptions

Store items are redeemed using Garden Points only (no cash payment)
Once points are deducted for a store redemption, the transaction cannot be reversed unless we are unable to fulfil the order
We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange collection of redeemed items
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a listed item is unavailable
Stock is limited — redemptions are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts to abuse the free spin or rewards system
Use automated tools or bots to interact with our website
Provide false information during registration, including your age
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of our website or services

8. Limitation of Liability

Magical Garden provides this website and Members Club "as is". We are not liable for any loss of points, vouchers, or rewards due to technical issues, account inactivity, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the monetary value of any points or vouchers directly at issue.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
