Question 1

Where is Magical Garden located?

Accepted Answer

We're in Fisherman's Village (Bo Phut), Ko Samui — one of the island's most charming neighbourhoods. We're a short walk from the beach and the famous Friday Walking Street. Full address and map on our Contact page.

Question 2

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We are open every day from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM. No days off.

Question 3

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

No reservation needed — walk-ins are always welcome. For large groups (10+) or private events, drop us a WhatsApp message and we'll sort a table.

Question 4

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Come as you are — flip flops, beach wear, whatever. We're a tropical garden lounge, not a nightclub.

Question 5

Is Magical Garden tourist-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Very much so. The majority of our guests are international visitors. Our menu and staff are fully English-speaking, and we welcome guests from all over the world.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) across your entire bill — cannabis, food, and drinks — plus Bitcoin, both on-chain and Lightning Network.

Question 7

Where is the best place to get weed in Koh Samui?

Accepted Answer

Magical Garden in Fisherman's Village is Koh Samui's highest-rated weed spot and cannabis café — 5.0 stars with 800+ Google reviews. We stock a constantly rotating menu of premium exotic strains (sativa, indica, hybrid), whole-plant fresh-frozen hash, edibles, and more, with knowledgeable staff to guide every visit. Open daily 9AM–2AM.

Question 8

Is cannabis legal in Thailand?

Accepted Answer

Cannabis is legal in Thailand for adults 20 and older under the country's medical cannabis framework — a valid PT33 prescription is required to purchase, and we make getting one genuinely easy. Smoking in public places is not permitted; consumption should take place in designated venues like ours.

Question 9

Do I need a prescription to buy cannabis in Thailand?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but honestly, it's no big deal — we make it easy either way. Don't want to leave the shop? Hop on a quick video call with a licensed doctor right here at Magical Garden (or from your hotel), and once your PT33 comes through by email, we print it for you on the spot. Prefer to see a doctor in person? We also work with a trusted local partner clinic just minutes away. Either way it's usually sorted in a few minutes, easy and affordable — and valid a full month, every time. Bring your passport (a photo is fine) and message us on WhatsApp — most visitors sort it same-visit and enjoy a carefree holiday with legal, top-quality cannabis at a fair price.

Question 10

Does Magical Garden issue PT33 prescriptions?

Accepted Answer

No — only a licensed doctor can sign a PT33, and by law we can't do that for you. But it's genuinely no hassle: hop on a quick video call with a licensed doctor right here in the shop (or from your hotel), and once your PT33 arrives by email, we print it for you on the spot so you can shop right away. Prefer face-to-face? We also work with a trusted local partner clinic just minutes away — typically signed in a few minutes, easy and affordable. Either way it's valid a full month, every time, for shopping and travelling anywhere in Thailand. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it together — no threshold, just a smooth start to a carefree Ko Samui holiday with legal, top-quality cannabis at a fair price.

Question 11

Can I get my PT33 by video call instead of visiting a clinic?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer telemedicine for exactly this. Hop on a quick video call with a licensed doctor from our shop's wifi (or from your hotel), answer a few questions, and your PT33 gets emailed straight over. We print it for you on the spot, no separate trip needed, so you can start shopping the same visit. It's usually done in a matter of minutes, easy and affordable. If you'd rather see a doctor face-to-face, we also work with a trusted local partner clinic just minutes away — whichever feels easiest for you.

Question 12

Is Magical Garden's cannabis lab-tested?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every strain we carry comes from a GACP-certified farm and is tested by a certified laboratory in Thailand for THC percentage, heavy metals, mould, and other contaminants. Just ask our staff and we'll happily show you the COA (Certificate of Analysis) for any strain you're curious about.

Question 13

How old do I need to be to visit?

Accepted Answer

You must be 20 years or older to purchase or consume cannabis at Magical Garden. We may ask for ID.

Question 14

Can I bring my own cannabis?

Accepted Answer

We don't allow outside cannabis on the premises — similar to how you wouldn't bring your own bottle to a bar. We have a full selection of premium flower, hash, and edibles available.

Question 15

What types of cannabis products do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We carry premium cannabis flower (sativa, indica, hybrid), artisan dry-cured hash, cannabis edibles, and pre-rolls. Our menu rotates with seasonal and imported selections.

Question 16

Do you have bulk cannabis deals?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our 10 Gram Mix & Match Deal lets you combine three of our most popular strains into a single 10-gram bundle at our best price per gram. The exact strains in the deal rotate with our menu. Full deal pricing is shown to logged-in members — create a free account at magicalweedgarden.com/join to see current prices.

Question 17

Can I take cannabis back to my hotel or out of Thailand?

Accepted Answer

You can take cannabis back to your hotel in Thailand — that's fine. Taking cannabis across international borders is illegal and carries very serious penalties. Please consume what you buy while you're on the island.

Question 18

I've never tried cannabis before — is it okay to visit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our staff are friendly and non-judgmental. If you're curious but new to it, we'll guide you toward something mild and explain everything. You're also welcome to just come for the food, coffee, or gaming — no pressure to buy anything.

Question 19

What should I eat or drink to enhance the experience?

Accepted Answer

We do excellent Thai food, all-day breakfast, artisan coffee and tropical smoothies. Mango sticky rice and a fresh coconut smoothie after a mild sativa is a very popular combo.

Question 20

How do I know how much to consume?

Accepted Answer

Start low and go slow — especially with edibles, which take 30–90 minutes to kick in. Our staff can advise on dosage based on your experience level. Don't mix with alcohol if you're unsure.

Question 21

What if I feel uncomfortable after consuming?

Accepted Answer

Tell a staff member immediately. We'll get you water, a snack, and a comfortable place to sit. CBD can help offset THC effects if needed — we keep it on hand. This is a safe, calm environment.

Question 22

Do you serve food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Magical Garden has a full-service restaurant and café inside the garden. We serve Thai dishes, Western food, all-day breakfast, artisan coffee, fresh juices and smoothies.

Question 23

Does Magical Garden use MSG or seed oils?

Accepted Answer

No. Every sauce, curry, and dressing is made from scratch with no MSG, ever, and the kitchen fries exclusively in high-quality refined coconut oil rather than seed oils. Every beef dish uses grass-fed beef from Australia, and produce is sourced locally on Ko Samui and prepared fresh daily.

Question 24

What is the PlayStation 5 gaming lounge?

Accepted Answer

We have a dedicated PS5 gaming area with a large screen, comfortable seating, and a rotating selection of multiplayer games. It's free to use for guests — just grab your favourite strain and settle in.

Question 25

Is there WiFi?

Accepted Answer

Fast, reliable WiFi is available throughout the venue. We're popular with digital nomads and remote workers — come for a coffee, stay for the afternoon.

Question 26

Do you host events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we regularly host events including music nights, bingo, workshops, themed dinners, and special sessions. Check our Events page or follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

Question 27

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Join our Members Club at magicalweedgarden.com/join — earn points with every visit, unlock rewards, and get access to member-only perks. Free to join.
